Privacy

Privacy, in plain language.

There are two contexts: this website, and the Mingjian service used in a deployment. Neither involves much collection — and what does happen is described here. This page is an information summary, not a contract; deployed customers are covered by their signed agreement.

01This Website

What mingjiansystems.com collects.

  • No analytics, no trackers, no advertising cookies. The site is static. We do not profile visitors.
  • No contact-form database. The contact page opens your own email client; your message is handled as correspondence.
  • Essential storage only. Nothing beyond what the site needs to function. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

02The Service

Customer data during a deployment.

When a company entrusts Work to Mingjian, we process operational data on its behalf, within boundaries the company sets and approves. Concretely:

01What is read

Only the sources approved for the entrusted responsibility — typically an authorized business mailbox (read-only), documents uploaded as evidence, and operational records inside the agreed scope, such as purchasing records, supplier correspondence, invoices and delivery documents.

02What is written

The record of the Work — evidence, Results, judgment requests, approvals and edits, dispatch attempts and receipts, verifications and completion. This record belongs to the customer and is exportable.

03What can be sent

Only an exact message a named human approved — sender, recipients, subject and body bound to that approval — through the customer’s own connected mailbox, and only as a separate deliberate act after approval. Editing a message invalidates its approval.

04Why

To carry the entrusted Work and produce Results with evidence. Not for advertising, not reused across customers. How AI processing works — and what it does not do — is stated in the deployment’s AI-processing disclosure.

05AI processing

AI Workers operate on this data within the deployment. Which model providers are involved, and under what terms, is disclosed per deployment in the data-processing schedule — we do not make blanket claims before the terms are confirmed.

06Retention & exit

Per the retention policy in the customer agreement — on exit, data is returned and deleted, with written confirmation.

07Your rights

Questions or requests about personal data reach a person at kritanut@mingjiansystems.com, and we respond within a reasonable time.

Deployment-specific detail governs. Hosting region, subprocessors and model-provider terms are confirmed in writing for each deployment. Where this summary and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement governs.
