01Why we build Mingjian
Your systems hold the answers. Getting them to work together shouldn't be a person's job.
Every operating company knows the pattern. The ERP knows what was ordered. Email holds what changed. Spreadsheets contain the plans. People know what still needs to happen. None of it moves without someone pushing it along.
Software no longer has to sit still and wait to be used. It can take an active part in the day-to-day: bringing information together, keeping routine work moving, and preparing decisions for the people responsible.
That is what Mingjian is for. Not another system to check — a better way for the systems, information, and people behind your business to work together. Your company keeps its systems, its knowledge, and its decisions. The unnecessary work in between is what changes.

明 — see clearly.
鉴 — examine, discern, learn.
Together they describe what we hold our product to: make the company's work clear enough to see and judge, and keep a record the company can learn from.
03The Company
A software company, deliberately focused.
Mingjian Systems Pte. Ltd. is based in Singapore. We build Mingjian — company operating software — and stand behind every deployment directly: implementation, weekly reviews, and honest reporting that includes what went wrong.
We work with a small number of operational companies at a time: roughly 50–300 employees, in manufacturing, specialty chemicals, distribution, logistics and industrial services.
