How it works

Product adoption, not a consulting project.

Mingjian is software your company adopts and grows into. Bringing it in follows six steps — nothing is replaced, spending is bounded to one responsibility at a time, and expansion happens only where value is demonstrated.

01

Establish the operating problem.

Where does coordination effort actually concentrate — order follow-ups, delivery chasing, invoice checking, internal requests? We look together at one or two candidate processes and define what “better” would mean for yours.

02

Agree on one feasible initial responsibility.

One process, bounded, with a clear owner — meaningful enough to matter, small enough to evaluate honestly. Not a company-wide rollout.

03

Confirm the systems, security, and people.

Which systems are involved, what Mingjian may read and may do, and who approves what — agreed in writing before anything connects. Access starts read-only, and your systems of record stay yours.

04

Measure the current baseline.

Before the evaluation: how long things take, where effort goes, what slips. The yardstick is yours — agreed up front, so results can't be argued into existence afterwards.

05

Run a bounded, supported evaluation.

Mingjian carries the responsibility inside your operation, with weekly reviews and honest reporting that includes what went wrong. The evaluation tests repeatable software on your ground — it is not an unlimited custom project. And not every environment can onboard immediately; we will say so if yours is one of them.

06

Review the results and decide.

Expand to the next responsibility, revise the scope, or stop. The commercial scope and each side's responsibilities are stated plainly enough to explain to your board. Pricing is established directly, in writing — no unapproved numbers are published here.

What this page commits to. The steps describe a bounded, measurable first decision — not an outcome. What the evaluation finds in your operation is exactly what it exists to establish, and stopping is a real, designed-in option at step six.

Begin with one process.

Begin with one real process from your company and see what changes when Mingjian helps carry it — with your systems, your people, and your decisions staying yours.
