What Mingjian does, what it does not do, and what remains your company's responsibility.

Operational software, not professional advice

Mingjian is company operating software. It carries out recurring operational responsibilities under the rules your company configures, watches the evidence you authorize it to see, and brings decisions to named people. It does not provide legal, financial, auditing, medical, or other professional advice, and its outputs are not a substitute for professional judgment.

Human authority

Mingjian does not take consequential external actions autonomously. Outward actions (sending email, writing to connected systems) require explicit human approval of the exact action. Verification of results is performed by people. Responsibility for decisions stays with your company's accountable owners.

Data and correctness

Mingjian's assessments are only as good as the evidence sources your company connects and keeps current. It reports what the authorized evidence shows and marks what it could not verify. It does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of third-party systems.

Availability

Service is provided on a best-effort basis under the Terms. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, and critical operational responsibilities should retain appropriate human oversight.

AI processing

Where AI models process your data, it happens only under the data-classification policies your institution configures. Internal data never reaches an external model provider unless your institution's policy explicitly permits that carrier.
