The systems you already have. Working better together.

Mingjian is designed to help companies make better use of the information, software, and people they already have — and to open the door to what that makes possible. Here is what it does today.

01Capabilities

Understand relevant company information.

Answers and context assembled from the information your company already holds — without searching through disconnected systems, files, and departments.

Reduce disconnected administrative work.

Less repeated entry, routine checking, and manual transfer between applications — the work between systems stops being your team's job.

Act across connected systems — where authorized.

Supported actions are carried out through connected systems under permissions your company sets, with people approving what matters. Capabilities apply where implemented for your environment.

Coordinate operational work.

Operational activity keeps moving between the people and systems involved — with the company's actual work at the center, not a new place to manage it.

See outcomes and decisions.

What changed, what was done, and what needs a decision are made visible — so the state of the company is something you can look at, not reconstruct.

Keep moving without constant chasing.

Work continues between check-ins — supporting continuity without someone manually holding every thread.

Today's product boundary. Mingjian's capabilities apply to the systems and processes each deployment connects — and they grow from there. We are explicit about what Mingjian can and cannot do in your environment: no capability on this page is universal across every customer system.

02Why Mingjian

Why Mingjian, when the alternatives are familiar?

Most companies already use several of the options below — and will keep using them. The honest comparison is not a feature list; it is what each option is actually for.

The alternativeWhat it's genuinely good atWhere it stops for this job
A general AI assistant Drafting, analysis, one-off questions — a skilled assistant to a person. It assists a person with a task. It doesn't hold an organizational responsibility: no scoped access to your systems, no standing accountability, no durable record the company can act on.
Your ERP vendor Systems of record — orders, stock, accounting. The truth of what happened. Recording is not carrying. The work between systems — email, spreadsheets, documents, decisions — sits outside the ERP, and vendor AI operates inside its own walls.
An automation tool Reliable plumbing: moving data on fixed triggers for known, stable steps. Someone designs and maintains every rule, and rules don't adapt when the process does. Judgment and evidence live elsewhere.
An internal build A perfect fit for a core differentiator, with your own team behind it. Months before first value — then operating, securing, and maintaining it is yours forever. Mingjian is a product: repeatable, supported, and contractable.

The dimensions that actually matter here: the nature of the responsibility, the connections and supported actions, the oversight required, the continuity of the work, the evidence of outcomes — and the total effort and cost of owning the result.

Honest limitations. Where one of the alternatives is the better tool, use it — many of our conversations start with a general assistant already in use. What Mingjian adds is the organizational layer: scoped permissions, ongoing responsibilities carried under explicit authority, continuity between systems, and verifiable evidence. Where a capability above is not yet supported in your environment, we will say so plainly.

A better-run company doesn't require replacing everything you've already built.

It starts by making better use of what you have — and asking what that makes possible.
